Late CA C.P. Kasat was a visionary Chartered Accountant and the founding partner of Lahoti Kasat & Co., whose principles of integrity, dedication, and professional excellence continue to shape the firm’s legacy. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), he also held M.Com. and LL.B. degrees from Pune University. Alongside his professional practice, he contributed significantly in education field, as a respected professor at Shri Shahu Mandir Mahavidyalaya, where he nurtured and mentored over more than 1,000 students, leaving an indelible mark in both education and the profession.

He served as the President of the Maharashtra Certified Auditors’ Association, passionately guiding for the rights and recognition of auditors. His efforts led to landmark victory judgments in the Hon’ble High Court and the Hon’ble Supreme Court, advancing the cause of the profession through legal reform and representation in Co-operative Sector.

He was extensively involved in audits of nationalized banks, Cooperative Sectors (Banks and Credit Co-operative Societies), and manufacturing sectors. His vast knowledge and pragmatic approach made him a trusted advisor to many organizations.

CA Rohit C. Kasat is a dynamic and accomplished Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of professional experience across diverse sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Pune and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2012. He is also a Fellow Member of ICAI (FCA), has completed the Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA), and holds a Certificate in Concurrent Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

With a strategic outlook and a solution-driven mindset, he has consistently delivered value-added services to a wide range of clients including corporates, government institutions, co-operative banks, credit societies, NBFCs, trusts, and entities in the manufacturing and service sectors.

CA Monica Baldawa

CA Monica Baldawa is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been in active practice since 2013. A prodigious achiever, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the young age of 22, completing her articleship at a reputed CA firm in Pune. During her formative years, she gained comprehensive experience in statutory compliances, internal and statutory audits, and ROC-related work for clients across the service, manufacturing, and trading sectors.

Driven by a strong passion for education and mentoring, she founded her own academy in Kolhapur, which now nurtures around 500 students in the fields of Accounts and Finance. Her academic credentials include a Master’s in Commerce from Pune University and a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI.

Adding to her diverse profile, CA Monica is also a Certified Global Career Counselor from UCLA Extension and an International Studies & Career Analyst certified by Edumilestone. With a commitment to spreading financial awareness and empowering the youth, she has delivered over 500 seminars on financial literacy, career guidance, and soft skills at various educational institutions.

She is an active member of Rotary Club of Kolhapur, and also continues to offer expert services in statutory compliances, audits, and corporate advisory to clients across multiple sectors.

CA Hariom Biyani

CA Hariom Biyani is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been in active practice since 2018. His academic credentials include a Master’s in Commerce from Pune University, Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) from ICAI and have also done with certified courses on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection and Concurrent audit of Banks

With 7+ years of professional experience his expertise spans statutory and internal audits, direct and indirect tax planning, Government audits and regulatory advisory. CA Shubham B. Auti

(B.Com, FCA)

CA Shubham B. Auti is a dedicated and dynamic Chartered Accountant, currently serving as a Partner at Lahoti Kasat & Co. With a strong foundation built through years of professional and academic dedication, he has established himself in the core domains of Audit, Taxation, Legal and Regulatory Compliance, Trust Audits, and Financial Planning.

Shubham began his journey with Lahoti Kasat & Co. in 2016, when he joined the firm as an Article Assistant. During his articleship from 2016 to 2019, he gained practical exposure to a wide spectrum of accounting, audit, and tax assignments under the expert mentorship of the firm’s revered Senior Partner, Late CA C. P. Kasat. Working under his guidance laid a solid technical and ethical foundation that shaped Shubham’s approach to client service and professional integrity.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Shubham continued to grow both in knowledge and experience. In 2021, he formally joined Lahoti Kasat & Co. as a Partner. Since then, he has taken on a more strategic and leadership role in the firm’s operations, client relationships, and expansion of services.

His professional expertise spans across several vital areas like Audit, Taxation, Legal and Regulatory Compliance Legal, Trust and NGO Audits, Financial planning etc.
